Order enquiries:
Most orders are despatched within 2 - 3 working days unless the item is out of stock - in which case we will contact you. If you require delivery of your order sooner please select the courier delivery option as these orders are given priority and courier delivery orders placed before 12 noon (Monday to Friday) are usually despatched the same day.

Wholesale enquiries: Most of  our cupcake boxes show prices from a quantity of 10 to 500 - thereby offering significant discounts for larger orders. If you require a quote for an order in excess of 500 please email us at wholesale@littlecupcakeboxes.co.uk with the name of the cupcake box(es) you are interested in and the quantity which you would like a quote for and we will respond with a quote immediately.

All of the prices on this website are inclusive of VAT - to compare with wholesale prices quoted exclusive of VAT you will need to deduct 17.5% off of our prices.

Our offices are open from 9.30 to 5.30 UK time, Monday to Friday but not Public Holidays. Outside these hours any messages will be recorded and responded to, as soon as possible, usually the next working day.

Returns: If you are unhappy with your order please contact us in the first instance by email: enquiries@littlecupcakeboxes.co.uk
to obtain the address to which returns need to be sent. Returns must not be sent to the PO Box address. We will refund the cost of your order (excluding delivery) if it is returned to us in perfect condition.  We do offer a samples service if you want to see an item and check colour etc before placing your order.
